What is the return policy?

"We want you to be completely delighted with your MIKA purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process: To start a return, please contact us at [tvoj email]. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged (e.g., during transport), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged."

Process and shipping time

"Each order is handled with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare, package, and ship your botanical art from our studio."

Estimated Shipping Times:

Serbia: 1–3 business days
Europe (Germany, Austria, etc.): 5–10 business days
United States: 10–21 business days
Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

Please note: These are estimates. International shipping may occasionally experience delays due to customs or seasonal peaks. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

From the first brushstroke to the final packaging, every step of the process is personally overseen to guarantee that you receive a piece of art that is as sustainable as it is beautiful."
