Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged (e.g., during transport), contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
